Viatec 333 Gallon Agitated Kettle with Jacketed U-trough and heavy-duty agitation, jacket rated for 165 PSI @ 360 degrees F. Trough measures 32” wide x 70” long x 36” deep with hinged lid with (2) 18” diameter & 6” diameter top openings, and 4” diameter bottom side outlet. Agitator includes stainless steel paddle agitators with scrapers, welded to common shaft. Discharge is piped to Waukesha/SPX Model 060 U1 positive displacement pump with 2-1/2” diameter threaded inlet/outlet, driven by 5 HP motor, serial number 1000002988823. Includes vari-speed control. Viatec serial number 76529, National Board number 6481. Jacket has been patched. Also includes 4” diameter x 48” long inline heat exchanger mounted on side of trough. Last used in bakery industry.
